Description:
All Stainless Colt Gov't slide on Caspian frame in 38 Super caliber. Full size Government model. Frame was ordered for a fully supported barrel, .250 radius for the grip safety, and high quality series 80 parts. Professionally built with the following:
Clark Custom barrel w/ Clark/Para ramp and Clark fitted barrel bushing
MGW front sight blade modified to accept an SDM 20k gold bead front sight
Harrison Design retro rear sight/wide notch
Chip McCormick trigger
Wilson combat beavertail/grip safety, expertly blended to the frame
Caspian SS extractor and ejector
EGW GI style guide rod (SS)
STI lightweight Commander hammer
Ed Brown flat mainspring housing
Ed Brown Firing pin & spring
Greider Precision slide stop
ISI 14lb recoil spring
Cylinder & Slide Series 80 parts (titanium coated for a smooth trigger pull).
Finish work done to give the slide and frame a two-tone appearance - polished flats over a matte SS finish. Excellent trigger pull, about 5 lbs. Pistol has a simple, understated appearance with powerhouse performance and reliability.
Comes with a Chip McCormick 10-rd magazine.
Built in 2015 with about 150 rounds fired. Fully cleaned and ready ot go. It is in excellent condition. I do not have the build sheet.
