This Ruger M77 Hawkeye 50th. Anniversary Rifle chambered in the .243 Winchester round is one of a limited production run of 1000 rifles. It features: a three position safety, a control round feed action with a Mauser style claw extractor for positive feeding and extraction, Ruger red rubber recoil pad and a hinged floor plate for safe unloading. The American walnut stock with wrap around checkering and two swivel studs sets off the high polished blue finish of the action, barrel and bolt handle beautifully. This is truly a classic styled rifle with an engraved and gold inlayed floor plate and bolt handle commemorating 50 years of building the great Ruger Model 77 rifle.
