A.H. Fox "A Grade" 12ga SxS shotgun, dated to approximately 1909. This shotgun features the classic and desireable A.H. Fox action, with the high quality of a Graded gun. Though the A Grade is the lowest grade, it is revered as a very high quality gun, just as reliable, well made and sturdy as higher grades, just with less engraving. The shotgun is in excellent working order, the barrels are tightly on face, the triggers and mechanism are fully functional, and the bores are superb. The shotgun has some finish wear and blemishes, including areas fo finish speckling, patina, and old light surface rust. The barrels may have been reblued at some point, however it would appear that they were done professionally. A small chip is located on the butt plate. Please refer to the photos to further assess the condition of the shotgun. 14" LOP, Full & Modified Chokes. AH Fox's are often called "The Finest Gun in the World" for good reason! **SOLD**
