Description:
Nice Pre-64 Model 70 FWT in .243 caliber. Produced in April/May 1959, SN # 446215. There are no cracks or major defects. Standard NRA walnut stock. Standard FWT two line barrel marking. Screws and swivels are present. No extra scope mounts, empty screw holes, missing sights/sight hoods, or nagging thoughts about missing parts after the buy. This rifle is complete. Not perfect, but it is a very nice rifle. The cheekplate shows some light, superficial scratches on both sides. Aged ding near bolt release and beside edge of floorplate. This rifle has a plastic butt with some minor marks.Trigger guard and barrel/bolt assembly have nice bluing. Email me at flforshaptd or call 570-246-4099/570-220-6712 with any questions.
