This is a very good original saddle ring carbine with the anchor mark and other sub-inspector's marks, Barrel retains most of it's original blue and has a nice bright bore. Wood is good with usual nicks and dings from age. Address and stock markings are strong and numbers match. Action is crisp and tight.Balance of metal is a grey patina. If you are looking for a very good example, this is it. Price includes packing and shipping in CONUS.
