Description:
Her we have a wonderful little Smith shotgun with original finishes mnf.-1943. It was the owners Rooster gun and turkey slayer! 16 gauge 2 5/8 chambers shoots 2 3/4 shells fine, field grade ejector gun with scarce 30" hi-rib barrels that ring true, X-Full & X-Full .032/.032 chokes. Its in solid condition, on face and tight, crisp trigger pulls, ejectors are timed and kick-m good. Has solid wood, no cracks at the lock plates! It does have a scratch on the right cheek that shows in the pictures. Wood fitment is perfect and original, good defined checkering and minor cracks in for-end tip. Screws have not been turned. The right barrel has 3 light dings and some blue loss from use, see imperfections in pictures with pen pointer. The metal finishes are turning pitina, and the stock finish is flaking in some areas nothing bad, all can't be fixed. Hunt this one as it is....(-: Ship fee's are 40.00 to the lower 48 and add 10.00 for insure if wanted.
