this stock was removed from a Savage model 4C deluxe 22 rimfire rifle, made of straight grain American black walnut. The stock is a minimum 99%. original. Can find no blemishes in the finish and the butt plate screws have not been turned since the stock was made. See photos. The stock appears to be hand checkered not pressed or machine cut. The rifle itself was mint but removed from the stock to make a high grade 22 rim fire rifle to look like a classic style large bore rifle. Questions ask.
