Description:
Hard to find in this caliber; ideal varmint cal for more densly poplulated areas where a hotter round with respect to noise or distance carried is an issue. Readily avail ammo, mild report and accurate (Early Varmint Cal) Fine quality W. German workmanship, known for accuracy. This is one of the more deluce models similar to Meister Grade with handsome Euor Walnut Stock, skip line checkering (match grade action) Rosewood PG cap with white inlay and distinctive roll over cheeck piece. This gun has been carried and used but not abued. No pitting or loss of clue on barrel or action. There are several compression marks on stock and some brusing underside of forend where it was rested while shooting from a bench or rest but elsewhere no scratches (only compression marks and none penetrate the hard finish (I can advise you on how to get these out) Trigger is perfect. These guns are often seen offered for amounts up to nearly 2k. We are offering this one at an almost unheard of price for any high grade Anschutz especially a Hornet.
