Cased High Condition Colt Root Model 7, Serial number 11,7** with Ivory grips. Desirable Variation being the Model 7 with screw in cylinder. The ivory grips are excellent with a nice tight fit. The frame shows 92% original inky blue finish. The cylinder shows a fine sharp cylinder scene and shows most of the original blue finish. Barrel measures 3 1/2" with 60% blue and has the 2 line New York address. .31 Caliber. The hammer shows sharp vibrant traces of original color case hardened finish. The matching serial number is found on the butt, cylinder, and barrel. The case is original and authentic to the period, The lining is excellent condition. The case has all the original accessories, Powder flask, bullet mold, cap tin, screwdriver, and nipple wrench. The key for the case is retained. Shipping is $30 plus actual insurance.
