Treble-grip action, automatic safety with 'SAFE' detail, cocking-indicators with arrow detailing, acanthus scroll and bouquet engraving, brushed bright finish. Stock: 14 1 1/2”, Drop at Comb 1 1/2”, Drop at Heal 2 3/8”, Cast Off. Weight 6lb. 8oz. Original London proof marks (pre sleeving) date to 1925-54 (It had 14/1 and 13/1 bores) New Sleeved Birmingham proofs date to 1977 (CB1). New bores proofed at 0.729”, 2 1/2” chambers, 3 Tons Walls measure: Right .034” Left .033” Condition: Very Good Overall. This gun has a very tight action. The action locks up strong and secure with it’s third bite. The action has full coverage, small Rose and Scroll engraving that is still crisp and clean. The action face has some pitting, but nothing to affect performance or safety. Sleeved barrels are in perfect condition inside and out. The sleeving joint is hardly noticable unless you are looking for it. The replacement buttstock is lovely and the wood to metal fit is excellant. The original forend is in terrific condition as well. William Tulloch & Company was established in 1898 and was located in London at Broad Street House, New Broad Street from 1898 to 1907.
