Description: Ruger Royal Phoenix .357 revolver. This was a special run by Ruger of 600 revolvers to Lippy's in Louisiana as the sole distributor. It is a limited edition GP 100 with a high polish deep blue finish. All exposed parts are higly polished. Rear sight can be adjusted for windage and elevation, the hammer and triggeer are highly polished stainless steel. The trigger pull has a crisp 4 pound single action pull and the double action has a 9 pound pull. The Royal Phoenix wears a pair of Hogue wood finger grips which are comfortable to the hand. This .357 magnum revolver is not punishing to shoot as other .357 magnum revolvers and it is an easy recoil revolver. This revolver has a heavy profile barrel with full underlug, is 4.18 inches, and is rifled one turn in 18.75 inches with a right hand twist. It weighs 39.8 ozs. The GP 100 has proven to be reliable, rugged, and accurate. The heavy barrel gives the weapon a perfect balance for a reduced recoil to the shooter. It is beautiful, accurate, reliable and powerful.
