USFA Heritage Rodeo 44-40, 7.5", New in factory box with sock, literature, card board sleeve, striking case hardened hammer colors, and beautifully figured aged Tru-Ivory grips. The Heritage series was not just any Rodeo. It was originally designed to be a set with the Heritage Lighning Rifle, also in 44-40.
Economies of scale in same caliber as in early days of the west. This was the first Rodeo in a 44-40 caliber...The series never got off the ground as a packaged set. Subsequently the Rodeo became available in a wide range of calibers and the Lighning Rifle the same. This is a 100% American made gun, and again, the first Rodeo in 44-40. It's absolutely immaculate, no scratches, no turn line, beautiful specimen. Careful, most of the USFA SAAs I see currently listed on this site are Uberti parts guns...no where near the quality, collectibility, desireability of the American made USFA....this one is 100% American made.
