Description:
We have had so many of these excellent little (factory 18 1/2" barrel) Carbines over the years we've lost count; this is likely the BEST one with respect to condition. The distinctive vent rib is perfect, the stock is at 98% with only the barest evidence of having been handled and same for all blued surfaces. It comes with a Leupold one piece scope base but factory front and rear sites are still in place. This is an outstanding example of a 50 + year old rifle in COLLECTABLE condition but still priced reasonably enough to hunt with. These are known not only to be accurate but very fast and handy with an overall lenght of under 37". Chambered in desirable, hard hitting and readily available 308.
