SOLD The best there is. This revolver is as good as it gets. There are no flaws and it shows no wear. It is NIB, which is a term I have not used often. Look closely at the stocks. They are still crisp. The checkering is pointed. The lines around the checkering are perfect. The box is numbered to the pistol. Notice the label on the lid of the box. It says AMERICAN MANUFACTURE. It is the first label of this type I have seen. This revolver along with 79 others were purchased by the GOVERNMENT OF ICELAND. They shipped to John Olafsson & Company of Reykjavik, Iceland on March 21, 1940. The importer's name is on the butt of the revolver. It is hard to believe this revolver left the county eighty years ago and made it home in this condition. Truly amazing! There is really not much to describe. This pistol is not 98 or 99%. It is 100%. I have only had a handful of guns of this quality. It will make a centerpiece for any collection. It is without a doubt museum quality.
