Offered for sale is one full box of Winchester John Wayne 32-40 cartridges loaded with 165 grain Soft Point Bullets. At one time, Winchester produced a limited run of 32-40 ammunition and to my knowledge 32-40 ammunition is no longer being produced by the major ammunition manufactures. This John Wayne edition is such a run. John Wayne passed away in the early 1980's and this limited run of ammunition was produced in his honor. These cartridges are loaded with nickel plated cases and are head stamped "DUKE WW 32-40 WIN" The pictures show the condition of the box and ammo much better than I can describe them. By buying this ammunition, you are certifying you are over 21 years of age and there are no federal, state or local laws prohibiting your purchase or possession of this ammo. Ammo can only be sold in the lower 48 states. Some States do not allow on-line ammo sales, unless you have a state issued exception form and you are responsible to know your local laws. Therefore, ammo will not be sold in the following States: Alaska, California, Chicago IL, Connecticut, Hawaii, Massachusetts, New York, Washington DC. Ammo sold for collector purposes only and will not be sold where prohibited by law. Ammo cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box address. Title passes to the buyer once I release this item to the shipper.
