This is an As New In Display Case Colt 1911 WWII Commemorative, European-African-Middle Eastern Theater pistol in .45 ACP. This is a sharp looking pistol with a bright nickel finish with oak leaf engraving and burl grip with gold Colt medallions. The pistol comes in an oak display case with a picture of the German surrender on May 7th 1945, 7 silver plated dummy rounds and a plaque. This pistol remains unfired since being shipped in 1970 and is 1 of 11,500 made.
