Description:
This is an earlier HRA (Harrington Richardson Arms M1 Garand that remains exactly as shipped from the CMP on 6-27-2001. U.S Re-Arsenaled but still retains its HRA factory original ‘’HRA 8-52’’ barrel! Also the Bore with only a dry patch ran through it appears Excellent+/Minty with throat gauging at only a 2 1/2! . (‘’Barrel Chamber In The White’’) Other than minor cycling wear on receiver and some expected sling buckle marks on the trigger housing the metals overall arsenal finish rates at appx 95%. A most excellent example of the early 1950’s HRA M1 Garand. Later Re-Arsenaled in the mid/late 1950’s or 1960’s, then put into light service and sent to the CMP then later sold through the CMP Program. Used serviceable wood set with normal wear as to be expected rates easily at VG+. Action/mechanically fine, *Still has the original arsenal tag on the front sight! Comes with original CMP shipping box, Invoice, Paperwork and manual. *Note: All information is intact except all owners personal information is removed.
