SOLD PENDING FUNDS - An early and highly deisirable short barrel Colt New Service seldom encountered in this condition. The original factory finish is thinning in some areas and has some collector wear associated with a well cared for 103 year old firearm. The action is crisp, the lock up is tight, the bolt drops ½ way into the grooves on all 6, endshake is absent, and the bore is sharp, with spots of light frosting. Factory letter confirming configuration included. Please view the photos here for the purpose of evaluating the condition for yourself. This item qualifies as a C&R.

Payment must be by bank certified (cashiers) check or Postal Money Order. Shipping & insurance by FedEx is $45 to eligible lower 47 states. Shipping to AK or HI will have additional costs for which buyer is responsible. I will need a copy of an FFL dealer license or C&R with copy of Driver’s License to ship the gun. There is a 3 day, no-shoot, no disassembly inspection period and the buyer is responsible for cost of shipping both ways if returned. If your FFL dealer will not accept shipment from an individual, I will need an additional $35 to ship through my FFL
