MODEL 12 SLIDE ACTION16 gauge which was introduced in 1914 with a nickel steel (scarce) barrel that is 26" long without a rib. The 16 gauge is a 6 shot with blue metal and a full choke, it has a plain pistol grip walnut stock and forearm, with a LOP of 14 inches.
