SOLD...Antique Smith & Wesson 1 ½ new model .32 Center Fire. Here is a an excellent little Smith & Wesson 1 ½ new model in the .32 S&W center fire caliber. S/N 87166 and all matching of course. Has the standard 3 1/2” barrel. This little pocket revolver has quite a bit of original nickel finish. The barre has 98% finish. The cylinder has at least 80% finish and the frame has about 95% including the front and rear grips straps. The balance of the metal where the nickel has flaked of is a smooth medium brown patina and no attempts have been made to clean or mess with the gun in any way. No pitting. Case colors on the hammer have faded to silver and no blue remaining on the barrel latch. The markings are all excellent. Screw heads are sharp and show no tampering. The grip are excellent with no cracks or chips and a perfect factory fit. Still shows the fine checkering with very little wear. The mechanics are excellent. Crisp and tight as a new gun. No cylinder wobbles and no front to rear movement. The barrel to frame fit at the latch and hinge are tight as new also. The bore is excellent with very strong and deep rifling with just minor frosting and it no pitted. The cylinder chambers are excellent and bright with no pitting. Not much else to say about this one.
