The final M70 from this estate; a nice clean .300 H&H, SN 236xxx, made around 1952. Steel butt plate, 26 inch barrel, excellent shiny bore. This rifle has very good wood and I'd say about 97% metal finish. It was a Montana hunting rifle and was used some but was well cared for. The wood is excellent and looks to have been wiped with oil finish at some point. A few light scratches but overall, an excellent example. REDUCED PRICE $1700 plus $50 shipping and insurance.
