Description:
This is a very nice and hard to find Winchester Model 1897 Black Diamond Trap shotgun in 12 gauge. The blue on the barrel is very strong with some wear by the muzzle and from the takedown feature. The blue receiver is also very strong with wear on the bottom and a few light scratches. The walnut butt stock has a few small dings and dents but is sound and solid with black diamonds on both side at the wrist. The wood has had finish added but does not look like it has been sanded. The forearm has a chip missing from the front left side but it still looks good. All in all a very nice and hard to find Classic Winchester shotgun.
