Description:
This may be the mother of all photo albums. It is heavy and well-constructed of hand-tooled leather, and is coffee table-sized. It contains 135 substantial, two-sided, neutral-colored pages. Overall dimesions are 15" W x 19 7/8" L x 2 7/8" D. The thick brown hand-tooled leather covers have a wonderfully rich patina, and feature the head of a well-maned male African lion that is hand-tooled on the front cover. Attractive silver and torquois beads with accompanying fringe are fastened to the binding. Some hand-painted color accents form a border on the front cover. Entirely hand-made in Columbia by a skilled artisan who completes 3-5 of these per year. Nothing else like it. New condition.
