Description:
This rifle was built for me by nightowl gunsmithing, in taylorsville, utah. Built on a new 700 long action, that was trued along with the bolt face. It has a shilen #4 contour ss barrel 26 inches in length, and 28 inches with the seekins brake, chambered for 6.5-06. Has a timney trigger, bell and carlson aluminum bed stock that was then glass bedded by nightowl. Bolt was spiraled and handle was drilled, than cerakoted. It has a zeiss conquest 6.5-20x50mm scope, using talley one piece aluminum 20 moa rings and bases. It also has a custom elevation dial made for the caliber by kenton for out to 1000 yds. Has been fired approx. 150 rounds, has been sitting for over a year in the safe. Very accurate rifle, likes the 140 nosler accubonds. Rifle was buit for hunting, but my hunting is becoming limited due to bad back. I also have a set of redding dies that go with it, and a custom collet die made for this guns chamber by lee. Bipod goes with it also. This was the last rifle ray federico built in his shop before retiring and closing his business.
