Description:
This Springfield Armory Model 1898 sporterized Krag 30-40 caliber has 24” tapered round 7/8” to 5/8” blued barrel that has been shortened, and is mounted with a Redfield ramp blade front sight and rear Redfield peep sight. The bore is very good. The American Black Walnut stock with cheek piece and checkered forend are in good condition, with the exception of usage dents and dings. The checkered pistol grip with horn cap is attached to the blued steel bolt action and box loader. Comes with rubber recoil pad and sling swivel studs. The length of pull is 13-1/2”, overall length is 43-1/2”, weight is 8.2 lbs. Our stock number is A667. Will ship to any FFL anywhere in the United States. Buyer pays freight and insurance.
