Description:
This is a VERY RARE Winchester 70 FWT in 325 WSM (Winchester SHORT Magnum) caliber. This gun is NEW in Box NEVER fired, except at the factory. Made at the New Haven Connecticut plant. What makes it rare is the configuration – Stainless Steel, Featherweight, with a wood stock cambered in 325WSM.
It was one of the last guns to come out of the New Haven plant. I have confirmed with Winchester that there was only 320 rifles made in this configuration and chambering - you can own a piece of hisory. The gun has been a safe queen since the day it was bought. The rifle is in Perfect condition all original papers, hang tags and box. The box has an oil stain (seen in the main picture) and the end of the box where the label is at was cut by the gun store (see picture). You cannot buy any more Winchesters made at the original New Haven plant.
US Postal Money orders if paying by certified check, gun will be held till payment clears – must ship to an FFL dealer – check with your FFL dealer to make sure they will accept the gun from a non-FFL with copy of divers license.
