Payment Types Accepted: M/C, VISA, American Express and Discover Description: Belgian Revolver in 9mm Flobert. This most unusual revolver is unmarked as to maker but is beautifully made. This revolver is large with a 7” barrel and 14” overall. It is actually overbuilt but we say that in only the most complimentary way. The barrel is scroll engraved. The grips is one piece construction and has deep floral and leaf carving. The cylinder scene is a work of art with uniformed soldiers (Cavalry) on horseback in a running battle with Indians carrying arrows or lances. The Cavalry has saddle holsters. There are figures of dead or wounded in the foreground. The action works smoothly. This writer, if it were not for the fact that he has too many guns in his collection would certainly add this one to it. Makes you smile just to hold it in your hand! We have not seen one like it or even close to it! This is a Big revolver. SOLD Antique: Yes |
