Description:
An original Winchester Model 42 manufactured prior to WWII (1938) and totally original, never having been refinished, etc. Lots of original bluing remaining and wood is solid - excellent forearm and buttstock with some dents and dings (see photos). Original 3 inch chamber and bore and chamber are excellent. Barrel is the most desireable 26 inch plain barrel with modified choke. A very nice early pre-war model 42.
