This one good enough for the best collector, Made 1927, ser# 179XXX, with 98% original finish on the entire gun, Magna grips not matching this gun, but mint condition numbered 81958 ? Small S&W on left side frame,small eagle head on bottom of barrel, inside yoke at frame, along with matching # to bottom of butt !! Also matching # on rear of cylinder, which has light turn ring, showing very little use!, this gun has one 1/4" scratch on right side frame, (in pic) ! No muzzle wear, Hard to find a better Comm. mod. 1917 !!
