The Model 18 was the counterpart to the Model 17 in the same way the Model 15 was for the Model 14 – same caliber but with a barrel 2 inches shorter. Both the 17 and 18 were frequently used for training or practice where the .38 Special might be considered expensive to use for the same purpose. The Model 18 features 6 chambers, a 4-inch barrel, adjustable sights, and wood grips. It has been re-blued at some point and thus some of the markings are worn. The action on the other hand is in good condition. The bore is also very clean. The Model 18 makes for an excellent plinking gun.
