GEORGE III FLINTLOCK TAP ACTION OVER/UNDER TURN BARREL BRASS FRAME POCKET PISTOL SIGNED G. GOODWIN & CO./LONDON CIRCA 1800-10. 6” o/a with 1 ½” round .41 cal. barrels stamped with London proofs on the underside of the frame. Stand of Flags engraved brass frame signed alternately “G. GOODWIN & CO.” and “’LONDON”. All original with the exception of the top jaw and screw which are correct modern replacements. Complete with exception of the sliding safety bar behind the hammer which has been removed. Original walnut grip. Very good plus and in working order. George Goodwin & Co. worked in London between 1807 and 1813. Handsome and scarce.
