1892 ROUND BARREL RIFLE IN .25-20 CALIBER, WITH SHARP MINTY-BRIGHT BORE! #866XXX, MADE 1918. An extremely hard caliber to find with a pristine bore, this is a very fine example with about all the blue remaining on the barrel and magazine. Original buckhorn and blade sights. The receiver shows mostly uncleaned gray with good flaky-blue on small portions of the sides and in the protected areas with good blue on the bolt and loading gate. Very tight action, excellent markings and screws. Butt stock and forend are generally excellent showing tight wood to metal fit and only light handling. Really hard to find with this much blue and such an excellent bright bore!
