Description:
A very nicely carved working Blackduck decoy from the 1940s.This bird has a slighly turned head and relief carved wing feathers.It has working repaint and has seen hunting use.The bird is sound with no cracks or damage.It is signed on the bottom "Milton Geyer Green Bay Wisconsin 1942".I don't know if he is the carver or the hunter who used this classic bird. A well made decoy that would add to any collection.
