Description:
This firearm is truly a work of unique art. It was built by the late great Robert Hayden. This rifle was one of his last pieces he completed before his passing. Robert specialized in custom paradox guns, especially doubles. Robert was a student of Ellis Brown and perfected the art form of building these masterpieces on shotgun actions. A firearm such as this would normally start at $4,500 on a customers supplied gun and go up from there. This gun was built using a Spanish grade A 12 Gauge action. It has triple bolted action with slide locks. Additional features include double triggers and extractors. The barrels are 24 inches and feature fully sharp rifling. This rifle has a single leaf Safari express sight. The quarter rib is machined to accept a set of one inch Talley QD scope rings which will be included in sale. The action is nicely engraved. The entire rifle was completely gone through by the paradox experts at Aria Ballistic Engineering, Inc. They checked the gun for fit and function. The gun appears to never have been fired beyond the original test loads. Aria smoothed the action, oiled the stock and installed a gorgeous Safari express recoil pad in traditional red. This is the perfect gun for all quarries. This gun can shoot lead shot without damaging rifling. (No steel shot) All the way up to the fastest sabots and heaviest paradox slugs there is.
