Antique C. Sharps # 2A pepperbox pistol in caliber 30 Rimfire, 4-shot 3" barrel cluster with correct bead front sight, correct 5/8" measurement from end of frame to end of muzzle, and correct checkered hard rubber grips, serial # 14990. Barrels are a mix of gray and patina with very bright blue remaining in the channels between the barrels. Bores are very good with continuous sharp rifling and only minor scattered black powder fouling. Action is crisp. Barrel lockup is tight. Pistol is fully functional. Original brass frame has mellowed to an even mustard color. Grips in great shape except for a small chip missing bottom right. Neat little pepperbox to add to your Civil War collection.
