Description:
Here is a nearly perfect High Standard - Hamden, CT made pistol, confirmed to be correct configuration by J. Stimson and shipped on April 27, 1965.  Mr. Stimson also states this was nearing the end of the 103 production.  The finish on the 6 3/4" barrel is really stunning, a brushed but high polish finish that is extremely attractive.  There are only very light handling marks as shown in the pictures.  The box fits the gun well but may not be the original to this gun, it has been previous owner-colorized, and such, and the numbers are illegible on the end label.
The accessories box is empty.  Grips are plastic and the large eagle variety, and the barrel shows the eagle, not the trigger logo.  It comes with one Hi-Standard stamped blued magazine.  This is a really very pretty little .22, vintage and very collectible.  This item is C&R eligible and will ship to those state allowing for it. Because shipping from my FFL is so much less expensive than USPS or Fed Ex, I usually ship that way, so it will be $40 fully insured from my FFL to yours, or a C&R again only where allowed.
