MacNab Fine Firearms and Heritage Guns are pleased to announce that J-P Daeschler, Managing Director of John Dickson and Son Gunmakers, Scotland will be joining them at their booth at the Southern Side-by-Side Championship & Exhibition. The firearms exhibition and sporting clays shoot will be held at Deep River Sporting Clays in Sanford, NC on April 25th – 28th, 2019. Founded in 1820, John Dickson and Son is the oldest working gunmaker in Scotland and looking forward to celebrating 200 years in business next year. The firm currently builds Dickson Round-Actions, MacNaughton 'Skeleton' guns and Fraser Bolt-action rifles. J-P Daeschler has 30 years of practical gunmaking experience in the UK and will be on hand to talk to you about the business of John Dickson and Son and the prestigious new guns and rifles they build under that brand. J-P will also be bringing a copy of the Dickson records to the show, so if you have a Dickson gun you would like to find out more about, then please bring the serial number along. J-P will also be more than happy to provide some independent purchase advice on a Dickson gun you may see for sale at the show
