Description:
5 inch barrel in 45 ACP. Very nice condition with just a hint of muzzle wear and a couple of light spots on the slide. The mainspring housing has a light gray patina as well as the grip safety, but other than that this Colt retains nearly all of its original blue military finish. Diamond checkered walnut grips are in excellent condition. Original 2 tone magazine. Very crisp markings. Barrel has a high polish blue to it and looks to be a replacement. A fine bore and crisp action. About as nice of a 1911 made in 1917 as you will find!
