This is a pre 1968 Double Barrel Derringer in .22lr caliber that was made by Rossi in Brazil and imported to the US until the Gun Control Act of 1968 prohibited the importation. That makes it a Curio & Relic. This particular example seems to be functional - I'm told one should only shoot standard velocity ammo in it, but it is missing the grips. From the basic look of things these would not be hard to fabricate. This will make a fun and relatively easy project for someone with more time than I have.
