Description:
This early "S" number S&W model 27-2 appears to be unfired in it's original blue box, serial numbered to the gun. Revolver is 99% bright blue with just a slight ring around cylinder, bore and chambers are as new, as are mechanics and the grips are numbered to the gun. I can see no blast rings around the end of the chambers and the inside of the recoil shield is unmarked. The tip of firing pin still retains all of it's blue. While I can't guarentee it's unfired since leaving the factory it certainly has all the signs of being so. The box has the correct S&W brown waxed paper and the factory cleaning tools however, there is no factory paper work. The outside of the box has some wear spots on the surface and edges but the corners are solid and tight. Price is $1195 plus $50 shipping. Please make sure your FFL dealer will provide a copy of their license to an individual or there will be an additional charge of $30 to process through my dealer.
