International Harvester M1 Garand .30-06 semi automatic US service rifle, dated to 1963. This rifle features the classic M1 operating system with a walnut stock and parkerized finish, with a few upgraded parts, making it an even better rifle. A selection of parts have been upgraded to National Match parts, including the front sight, rear sight, and the operating rod. The bolt and barrel are US Springfield, and the trigger assembly/receiver are International Harvester stamped. The rifle is in great condition with only small areas of wear. The muzzle and throat were measured for wear and erosion with a Brownells gauge; the throat measured a 2, and the muzzle measured a 1, indicating that the barrel has plenty of life and appears to have been lightly used. Please refer to the photos to further assess the condition of the rifle. A wonderful example of a M1 Garand, ready for your collection!
