Description:
Winchester 1886 classic lever in 33 Winchester center fire. Factory deluxe takedown model in original finish. 24" round barrel with half magazine. Has factory rubber butt pad and grip cap. Front blade with ivory bead. Has lyman peep mounted on rear tang in addition to factory rear sight. Trigger and lever show color case finish. Lots of blue finish on receiver excepting worn portion on upper rear left side (see photos). Some freckling noted on receiver and lever primarily on bottom surfaces. Barrel incurred some heavier pitting forward of the magazine tube which was touched up. Stock has nice figure. Bore and rifling are in good condition. Record search with Cody Firearms shows this rifle is a factory deluxe takedown model made in 1905. REDUCED 8/9/2019.
