This one is a 32" barrel, and has not been messed with in terms of lots of cleaning, buffing, refinishing or similar over-effort, the edges and markings are sharp and crisp. The bore is lightly pitted throughout, but still shiny. There are vivid case colors in protected areas, and the receiver retains a generous portion of the case color as does the lever. The gun shows light pitting on the barrel especially near the edges of the wood forend pieces, and light surface rust or shallow pitting on the tangs. The wood is in very good shape, and is really pretty though the photos don't give the two pieces justice. Top of barrel is marked only with the number "10" which is correct for this period gun. The butt stock is matching, numbered to the tang with "14". The butt plate shows light rust, fits perfectly. The action works well. Priced very reasonably for an 1887 with so much color left on it. Will ship via USPS priority mail with a copy of your over age 21 drivers license, adult signature required, and $35 for shipping costs.
