Description:
Winchester Pre War Model 63 Carbine .22LR #32xxx. The barrel and receiver of this excellent carbine retain 98% original blue. The forend cap retains its blue but the finish has dulled and there is an area of staining on the butt plate. The buttstock retains 96% original varnish with few handling marks. The forearm also retains about 96% original varnish with the left side showing several dents and marks which do not break the finish. Bore and mechanics are excellent.
There aren't that many carbines around and few showing this level of finish as they were popular guns and well used.
