Description:
Narrow swamped game rib with J. Purdey & Sons written in gold inlay. Barrel flats are stamped with London nitro proofs and 1985 London reproofs for 2 3/4 chamber. SAFE is also gold inlaid. Engraved with nearly full coverage. J. Purdey & Sons and London are written on both sides in gold inlay as are the ducks and pheasants that appear on either side. This wonderful engraving is signed on the trigger plate, "R. Delcour & Ph. Grifnee
