Description:
Beautiful Pre 64 Winchester 70 Target in .243 caliber. S/N 375*** with matching # bolt Mfg. in 1956. 26" Stainless steel barrel with an excellent bore. Overall condition is excellent showing 98% Blue, 97% Varnish. There is an approximate 2-3" area of glass bedding material near fore end tip of the barrel channel. Remainder of channel is close fitting and does not appear to have been routed. Has the factory "T" marked trigger adjusted to very light pressure. Comes with the original sling and scope blocks. The middle block may be an extra from a former particular scope application. This is a very sharp rifle that will undoubtedly prove to be quite accurate.
