VERY NICE .22 Magnum Rifle Made in 1973!
Here we present a Winchester 9422 Lever Action Rifle in .22 Magnum, made in 1973 in New Haven, Connecticut. The Winchester 94s in .22 are some of the highest quality rimfires as far as fit and finish. The action is very smooth and the blue finish very well done. The fit of the walnut stock is excellent as well. Many a kid grew up learning to shoot on one of these. It makes a great rifle for target work or hunting with the venerable .22 Magnum cartridge. This one comes from a friend’s late father’s collection and all proceeds will go to the family.
The overall condition is very fine. The original blue finish is virtually complete. The markings are clear. The walnut stock is smooth with little sign of handling. The bore is bright and sharp. The action is excellent. A superb example of a Winchester!
