Description:
Winchester model 12 field grade 16 gauge pump action shotgun. Often referred to as the perfect pheasant/upland game gun the 16 gauge is once again gaining popularity and remains the favorite of many seasoned hunters. The Model 12 was built to last and this shotgun is no exception. Made in 1957 making it 62 years old and still working like new! Cosmetically it is showing its age; excellent barrel blue but fading and worn blue on the receiver from handling overall it is just shy of 93% blue. The stock and forearm retain 95-97% finishes with cracks or damage and a typical 14 1/8” LOP over the factory butt plate. The barrel is 28” long and ideally choked Modified and chambered for 2 ¾” shells. Great upland bird gun with just enough wear to be classic and ready for this fall’s hunts.
