Description:
WHAT A  COOL RIFLE! A POLISH TRAINING RIFLE IN .22LR FOR THE MOSIN! EXCELLENT CONDITION WITH PROPER SLING! GREAT BORE!

"Polish Wz 48 .22 training rifle. This rifle was made to resemble the M38 Mosin Nagant carbine, it has a 25 inch barrel, an elevation adjustable rear sight graduated from 25 to 100 meters, a hooded front sight, a single shot mechanism with a manual safety at rear of the bolt, a very nice hardwood stock, and a steel buttplate. It is in great condition with minor handling marks on the stock and very little wear on the bluing. The bore is in excellent mirror bright condition and the action is very solid. All in all a nice example of an increasingly rare gun. the Polish Wz-48 .22LR training rifle was made at the Lucznik (Radom) plant from 1948-1960 for use with the Polish and Czech Warsaw Pact countries in training new recruits, as well as high school students prior to their military service. These rifles were built to look and feel like the M-38 Mosin Nagant carbine"
