On Hold Pending Funds / Springfield Model 1884 Trapdoor Rifle, serial # 330222, cal. 45-70, has a 32 1/2" barrel with a good bright bore showing some areas of light pitting but nothing I’d consider alarming, good rifling, metal retains 92%+ blue turning to patina, barrel is VP Eagle P proofed, buttplate is stamped US, nice stock but there’s no cartouche, rod bayonet present, overall condition is good plus – good plus plus.
